Coaching at Toatakai

Barney has been training and studying Karate for over 20 years, taking over as head Sensei of the club at the start of 2020. Barney has been able to bring his experience from training and competing overseas for the last five years.

Growing up in a Karate family,
Bellah helped her father’s club
in Tauranga until moving to
Hamilton to University. She’s
been coaching full time at
Toatakai since the middle of
2023.
